About the role As Operations Manager, you lead the work at the unit with responsibility for daily operations and activity planning. You will join a competent and committed management team where you receive support and guidance to succeed in your role and you report directly to the Regional Manager. Main responsibilities Responsibility for daily operations, personnel and scheduling Conducting systematic quality and operational development Ensuring that agreements, assignments and regulations are followed Maintaining ongoing contact with customers, employees and relatives Finance and budget related to the operations Ensuring occupancy in line with budget and set targets Collaborate with support functions within the group Who are you? Your educational background must be in line with the formal requirements for being a permit holder for the operation in accordance with the qualification requirements below. In addition, you are a confident leader with previous experience working with the target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy and put the customer at the center. To succeed in the role, you are results-oriented and enjoy work that requires flexibility and is conducted in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working with and towards set goals. Furthermore, you have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can follow up and analyze the operation's results. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse or other equivalent education, according to requirements from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) to be a permit holder Education in social law at least 7.5 credits (if not trained as a social worker) At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position in elderly care - health care and/or social care. Experience of budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing Category B driving license Meritorious if you also have: Experience from work in private care operations Experience of leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What can we offer you?
