Are you a registered nurse with a genuine interest in elderly care? We at Attendo Orgelgatan are now seeking a registered nurse for one of our care units. Attendo Orgelgatan is a special residential facility for people over 65 years old located in Kapellgärdet, approximately 2 km from the city center. The facility has 100 apartments distributed across six units, of which eight are couple apartments. We have three units for somatic care and three units for dementia care. About the Role One of our nurses will be going on parental leave at the end of the year, and we are now seeking a temporary replacement. This is a temporary position, but there will be excellent opportunities to remain employed afterward at one of Attendo's elderly care facilities in Uppsala. As a nurse at Attendo, you are valuable and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are an important part of the team working to strengthen the individual. As a nurse at Attendo Orgelgatan, you will have varied work where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. More and more healthcare services at specialized levels are being provided at the facility, which gives you a diversity of stimulating and developing work tasks. You also have an important supervisory role with great opportunities to influence the operations. You are compassionate, responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by working together with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us. Qualifications You must be a registered nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. You have very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you also have Experience working in private care operations Experience in supervision Education in geriatrics or district nursing. What Can We Offer You?
