About the Workplace Region Blekinge offers an AT (physician training) position with breadth and substantial patient contact. We have the advantages of a small hospital with a varied spectrum of diseases, extensive clinical everyday work, but also highly specialized operations. About the Job As an AT physician in Region Blekinge, you will have an individual and structured training plan. You will receive a designated mentor at each placement. You will regularly participate in joint training sessions and seminars together with other AT and BT physicians. We follow the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations for physician training. We offer you: two weeks of introduction program 19 months of blocks + opportunity for three weeks of elective placement training four hours per week opportunity to participate in the AT assembly and other external training. About You Formal Requirements: medical degree before employment according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations or decision regarding AT language skills equivalent to C1 if required by the National Board of Health and Welfare, the statutory course must be completed before employment We are looking for someone who puts the patient in focus, is responsible and confident and contributes to well-functioning teamwork. You have good medical knowledge and insight into when you need to consult colleagues. Patient safety is self-evident to you and you take advantage of opportunities for improvement work and development. Previous experience as a junior physician both before and after graduation is meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Region Blekinge conducts security vetting for all permanent employees. Some of our positions are classified where the employee must undergo a security vetting interview and records check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
