The AT doctor group consists of approximately 55 AT doctors and has strong cohesion. About Us We are seeking someone who is committed, ambitious, responsible, enjoys challenges, and wants to help develop healthcare in our region. What We Offer We offer 14 AT blocks with access beginning in spring 2027. The AT blocks comprise 21 months and are distributed as follows: six months in surgery (including anesthesia and orthopedics), six months in internal medicine (including geriatrics), three months in psychiatry, and finally six months in general practice. Your AT begins with one week of orientation, and you will have four optional weeks during your AT. • 2-5 days external course • 8 days of regional shared training • 1 week of orientation (general) • 1 hour of teaching per week • Personal supervisor at each clinic • Paid leave, conference fees, travel, and accommodation for the AT conference • Research interest welcomed. If interested, the region can offer up to three research AT positions per year. Your AT service would then be extended by 6 months. You must be accepted as a doctoral student when applying for AT. Our goal is to recruit a competent group with diverse backgrounds, which we believe benefits both the AT doctors and our hospital. Our selection criteria are based on a combination of qualifications, interview, and references. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
