We are seeking an experienced professional interested in working in primary care who is flexible, structured, and committed, with a patient-centered approach. You will work with considerable independence while also collaborating with your team colleagues. Qualifications Licensed nurse with specialist training in Asthma/COPD is a merit. Respectful and professional interactions with both patients and colleagues are important. Kringlans Vårdcentrum is located in Södertälje centrum, a 5-minute walk from bus and commuter train stations. We are a primary care center with 35 employees and approximately 11,300 listed patients. Our mission is to provide general practice services with basic home care nursing, district nurse services, coordination services, psychosocial services with mental health initiatives, and first-line psychiatry with expanded services for children and young people ages 6-17 with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
