As TIP Group continues to grow in Sweden, we are seeking an Assistant Workshop Manager for our Gothenburg operation. About the Position As Assistant Workshop Manager at TIP Group, you will be an important part of daily operations and serve as a support to the workshop manager in operational work. The role combines administration, customer contact, planning, and technical understanding with a clear focus on ensuring an efficient and well-functioning workshop. Work is performed in a dynamic environment where quality, service, and collaboration are in focus. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning daily productivity and workshop operations - Management of warranties and service agreements - Technical support to mechanics and internal functions - Ensuring compliance with workplace and safety regulations - Customer contact via reception, telephone, and email - Purchasing spare parts and inventory management in business systems - Invoicing for internal and external customers - Monitoring and reporting of working hours - Transfer and administration of information in supplier systems and applications What We're Looking For TIP Group seeks a person with experience in heavy vehicle workshop operations who enjoys combining administration, customer service, and technical work. You work in a structured manner, have a business-oriented approach, and are motivated by creating order, efficiency, and good service. Qualifications: - At least four years of experience in a similar role within a trailer, transport, or truck workshop - Good technical knowledge of heavy vehicles - Experience in planning and coordinating workshop operations - Experience with spare parts management and inventory control - Experience with invoicing and service administration - Excellent system proficiency and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - B-class driver's license is required As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and communicative.
