Assistant Restaurant Manager – Wineót Wine Bar Wineót is the living room for wine lovers in Jönköping! We are a relaxed and vibrant wine bar in the heart of Torpa. Here, passion for wine & gastronomy is paramount. We are a small, family-like team and are now looking for an assistant restaurant manager who wants to help develop the business together with us. We are looking for you who: – are confident, clear, and self-driven – dare to make decisions and don't wait for instructions but see what needs to be done – stay calm even when the pace is high – see both the big picture and the details – are solution-oriented and take responsibility for the whole operation We believe you have: – at least 3 years of experience in restaurants/bars – worked in service and are comfortable on the floor – experience from restaurant kitchens – had some form of personnel responsibility before Responsibilities: – lead service and maintain structure during shifts – ensure operational efficiency – quality assure service and customer interactions – personnel management and scheduling – responsibility for opening and closing routines – help in the kitchen and with prep work as needed Swedish and/or English is required. It is a merit if you master both languages as well as additional languages. Of course, you have a strong interest in wine!
