About the role The assistant restaurant manager will support and assist the restaurant manager with daily operations in service such as scheduling, staff training, and ordering. You will be involved in planning and developing the restaurants and will have ongoing financial follow-up together with the restaurant manager. You are skilled at seeing what needs to be done, delegating, and streamlining work for colleagues. You are the one who makes communication between all colleagues run smoothly. You are meticulous, stress-resistant, driven by success, and believe that everyone contributes to success. Since families with children are our most important target group, you have the ability to specifically understand children's perspectives and needs. That you are cheerful, social, positive, and service-oriented is a given. Requirements You need to have experience with similar tasks as described above. You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish. Merits Experience in a leadership role from previous work. Driver's license and access to a car. Application This is a seasonal employment from November to April and the position falls under the HRF collective agreement.
