Särnmark's head office is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer living in X. About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your overall tasks involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Here we have a lively boy full of energy. He needs help with all transfers (lift), and all personal care. Play and fun. The family has a dog. Job duties Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can include everything from personal hygiene, assistance with transfers, and activities outside the home. We are looking for you who: We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and learns new tasks easily. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training in the role of personal assistant. It is important that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing! About the employment (working hours and conditions) The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts and the salary form is hourly pay. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends.
