What does the job as a personal assistant entail? As a personal assistant, you work at home with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day so that a person can live their life as they wish is what we believe is the world's most important job. What does this position entail? In this position, you will work as a personal assistant for a man in his 50s with autism and IF. He lives in his own apartment in Skurup and receives care around the clock. During waking hours, you work in pairs with another colleague. The client participates in daily activities and enjoys, for example, taking walks. We are now looking for staff who can primarily work with him every Monday evening/night and serve as a substitute as needed on other days and times. The work will primarily be at the client's home, where you help him with, for example, meal preparation, housekeeping, assistance with showering/toilet visits, evening routines, and supervision during the night. The job is perfect for you if you want to work a bit extra, for example alongside studies or another part-time job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. We would like it if you: have previous experience with autism can understand and speak Swedish well are a non-smoker have a genuine interest in working with people Other information Employment form: Temporary position with potential to lead to a permanent role. Working hours: Fixed Mondays 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM (you work in pairs between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and we are now looking for two people to work together every Monday). On-call between 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM. In addition, we would like you to be available as a substitute in the group and be willing to step in during illness and vacations on other days and times as well.
