About the Personal Assistant Position As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your responsibilities involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Duties Your duties include helping me with all practical aspects of my daily life. You are empathetic and can take instructions in a positive and attentive manner. You preferably have an interest in cooking according to my instructions and in gardening work. We're Looking for You If: You are a calm, confident, and flexible person who respects my personal space. It's nice if you have another job, as we're looking for someone who can work as needed, evenings, and weekends. Beyond these times, it's good if you can step in during vacations and on short notice for sick leave/VAB. You are a non-smoker and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and comprehension. About the Employment The employment form is intermittent employment, and the salary structure is hourly wage. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: evenings and weekends.
