Your job responsibilities include: Practical work with daily staffing and schedule planning. Administration in systems such as Medvind/H-rutan and Ekot. Ordering of consumables and work clothing. Coordination of interns and job market placements. Qualifications Secondary education with either a focus on administration or nursing assistant training. Documented experience with staffing planning and overall personnel planning. Experience with coordination tasks within healthcare and/or care and social services. Previous work with administration, preferably in the municipal sector, is a merit. Experience working in 24-hour operations is an advantage. You are comfortable using the computer as a work tool and have the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems. Good knowledge of current system support such as Medvind and Personec P is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
