Job Description as Assistant As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. We believe that helping someone live their life the way they want, every single day, is the most important job in the world. In this position, you will work as an assistant to a 12-year-old boy with autism. You will work with him at school, meeting him in the morning and staying with him throughout the entire school day. As an assistant, you help him in the classroom, in the cafeteria, with restroom visits, and on any outings. The boy does not use spoken communication, so as an assistant you help interpret his language, which he expresses through body language, sounds, and gestures. The boy is physically active and you need to have lots of energy to work with him! Other Information Employment form: Fixed-term employment for the duration of the assistance assignment Scope: Part-time approximately 50% Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-13:00 Start date: Immediately or by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
