Now I'm looking for you to become an important part of my life – someone who can support me in my daily life, but also share in the joy of all the things that make life wonderful. My everyday life requires support with several tasks, such as transfers, personal care, supervision, and structure. Since I don't always see what's happening around me, I also need someone who can be my eyes and guide me in different situations. Sometimes I need extra comfort, for example when my epilepsy flares up. But this job is about so much more than care. I love being active – going out, taking trips, and experiencing things. That's why I'm looking for you to be present, engaged, and someone who sees the value in creating a meaningful and fun everyday life together with me. Who are you? To thrive in this role, we believe you: Are warm, positive, and quick to laugh Are attentive, patient, and secure in yourself Can work independently and set clear boundaries Have a calm and composed approach in challenging situations Enjoy active work where days vary Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but personal suitability and chemistry are crucial. Requirements Valid driver's license and access to a car (the workplace is located in Västerlösa and outings are part of daily life) Non-smoker Comfortable with and tolerant of cats About the position The work involves hours as needed with varying times, distributed across days, evenings, and weekends but with flexibility.
