We are growing and are now looking for more colleagues to join our team working with asset management within local and regional networks. As an Asset Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team within your geographic area to develop long-term asset management plans, ensure that asset risks are addressed, coordinate these with other needs, and follow up and receive completed projects. You are responsible for ensuring that the assets meet requirements and expectations and represent Vattenfall Eldistribution as an asset owner internally and externally. An important part of the role is to work together with other roles in the same geography to develop solutions to meet the needs of customers, society, and the owner, as well as ensure that projects are implemented as planned. We are looking for someone who wants to work strategically with technical issues, take overall responsibility, and thrives in a role with many contact points. You will have significant influence over prioritizing measures within our local and regional network (0.4 – 130 kV) and be responsible for matters concerning investments, maintenance, and development. Your main areas of responsibility include: Develop asset management plans, communicate them, and follow up Lead a cross-functional team within your area Ensure that intolerable risks within your area are addressed, steer toward the company's strategic goals and customer needs Coordinate and align measures to maximize coordination benefits and create a profitable grid business Represent Vattenfall Eldistribution as an asset owner in external and internal dialogues Follow up and receive projects from the operational organization Requirements We are looking for someone who is collaborative and takes responsibility. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have a natural ability to build good relationships, both internally and externally. At the same time, you are confident in setting direction and leading others toward established goals. You have strong communication skills and can create understanding by being both clear and attentive. To be successful in this role, we believe you have: An academic degree in energy/electricity or equivalent experience Several years of experience in asset management or network planning within infrastructure or a related field Experience creating reports and delivering presentations Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Category B driving license We consider it a merit if you also have: Knowledge of electricity grid regulation and the electricity grid business Knowledge of risk management Knowledge of asset management systems, for example ISO 55000 Experience with direct contact with external clients and/or contractors Knowledge of contract law NIS system for electricity grid owners PowerBI Additional Information We offer an exciting work day and a good work-life balance at an attractive workplace with good opportunities for development.
