Gulbenes 2. pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde "Rūķītis" (Reg. No. 50900019191) invites applications for the position of Assistant for a child with special needs. We offer: - Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week). - Contract type: Employment contract for a fixed term (until August 31, 2027). - Salary: 4.7362 EUR per astronomical hour (before tax deductions), in accordance with the minimum hourly rate established by law. - A dynamic, friendly, and development-oriented work environment. - Creative and responsible work. Key job duties: - Provide personal care to the student (assist with personal hygiene and promote self-care skills). - Help the student participate in educational program activities. - Participate in daily preschool activities - accompany the student between rooms; help prepare for educational activities; accompany on walks, educational excursions, and to sessions with facility specialists. - Ensure the student's well-being, support, safety, and social inclusion. Requirements for candidates: - At least secondary education. - State language proficiency at the highest level. - Psychological stability and high communication standards. - Ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to plan, organize, and execute work with quality. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and tolerance. - Positive, creative, and responsible attitude toward work and a healthy lifestyle.
