Main duties of the position: • plan and organize referral of SDS called-up personnel for health examinations in cooperation with healthcare institutions; • plan health examination schedule in cooperation with healthcare institutions; • monitor contract performance, coordinate reports, systematize medical opinions provided by healthcare institutions and maintain data records; • ensure cooperation with the outsourced healthcare provider, explaining the methodology of health examinations and monitor its implementation; • supervise health examinations of called-up personnel, if necessary requesting and evaluating medical documentation, in certain cases coordinate the appointment of additional examinations; • participate in the development of regulatory acts and medical examination methodology for persons subject to SDS health examinations. Requirements for candidates: • compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; • higher medical education (physician diploma); • certificate in primary specialty; • registration in the register of healthcare professionals; • at least three years of work experience as a physician; • professional knowledge and ability to evaluate medical documentation, assess health disorders in individuals; • experience in preparation and formatting of document drafts, including understanding of medical document management procedures; • knowledge in preparation of opinions on health status compliance; • sense of responsibility and accuracy; • ability to express opinion clearly and with justification, ability to work in a team; • interest in the field of state defence and national security tasks. To perform the duties of this position, the official must use a self-prepared national electronic identification solution, i.e., eSignature eID. An employee holding this position is subject to Article 17, paragraph 1, point 23 of the Law "On Emergency Situations and States of Exception".
