No. LV40003439279 INVITATION TO APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT PHYSICIAN AT SHORT-TERM SOCIAL CARE CENTER for an indefinite period (1 full-time position) (profession code: 221101) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • provide physician consultation upon request from a nurse or physician assistant when a client's health status changes or deteriorates, and document this in the Hospital's internal information system; • prescribe therapy upon request from a physician assistant; • issue prescriptions and/or sick leave certificates on the e-health portal when necessary; • prepare patient discharge/transfer documents (027/u); • prepare medical certificates for cause of death when necessary. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: • higher medical education (physician degree); • registration in the Medical Professionals Register; • physician certificate in a specialty (preferably family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, endocrinology, or other therapeutic specialty); • proficiency in the state language in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia effective during the specified time period; • computer skills: text processing programs, using electronic mail, using internet browsers, and working in the Windows environment, as well as in specialized information systems; • ability to continuously and rationally organize your work; • excellent collaboration skills, ability to build and maintain effective communication with colleagues, and engage in teamwork.
