State Limited Liability Company "Hospital "Ģintermuiža" invites you to join the Mental Health Outpatient Care Center team Healthcare Facility Client and Patient RECEPTIONIST Main ResponsibilitiesMake advance appointments for visitors with doctors' consultations, examinations, or home visits; enter appointments in the digital resource management system "Doctor's Office"; record patients in the waiting list. Process e-referrals (reserve, change status); digitize paper-format referrals. Prepare medical documentation necessary for doctor consultations (outpatient medical records, etc.). Collect payments and issue payment confirmation documents to visitors for patient contributions or paid services according to price lists. During work and at the end of shift, remove necessary report printouts from the cash register, verify and hand over collected funds according to the Hospital's established procedures. Administer and prepare necessary documentation. Expectations of CandidatesGeneral secondary, secondary professional, or higher education. Willingness to complete training in patient data protection and register with the Health Inspectorate in the healthcare support personnel registry, obtaining healthcare support personnel status. Knowledge, skills, abilities: knowledge and skills in computer and information technology work: ability to use word processing programs, email, work in Windows environment, and specialized information systems; knowledge and skills in working with electronic cash registers; good communication and cooperation skills; ability to work in a team in dynamic conditions and independently organize your work; responsible and positive attitude toward work; orientation toward clients, solutions, and results; state language skills according to the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Latvia at C level, 1st degree (C1 level).
