(Registration No. 90000013926) Invites you to join MEDICAL ASSISTANTS (PARAMEDICS) (0.5 full-time equivalent) AT THE KURZEME BRANCH (LIEPĀJA) FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct quality selection of blood/blood component donors at VADC and during outreach visits Perform pre-donation screening examinations for blood/blood component donors during the selection process Provide information to donors about donor rights and responsibilities, and the procedure for blood and blood component donation Provide medical assistance to donors during or after procedures (if necessary), maintain and document donor adverse events Ensure registration of donor selection data in the specialized software of the State Blood Service's unified information system Inform donors about their blood sample examination results, provide consultations within the scope of the position's competence WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Higher or professional secondary medical education in the specialty of medical assistant (paramedic) Registration in the Register of Medical Professionals State language proficiency in accordance with the level established in regulatory acts Ability to consistently and rationally organize your work Good communication skills WE OFFER: Stable, responsible, and interesting work Health insurance after the probation period Work location at Slimnīcas iela 25, Liepāja Responsive and friendly team Salary from 850 EUR (before tax) Application documents (cover letter, CV) should be submitted by email to: [email protected] with the subject line "Application for Medical Assistant Position" by August 31, 2026.
