We will entrust you with: evaluating, coordinating, and accepting construction projects, certificates of conformity, explanatory letters, and other construction documentation in accordance with legal requirements; in case of non-coordination, preparing a justified decision draft based on legal provisions regarding information requests and extension of decision-making deadlines or refusal; working with the Construction Information System; providing consultations to individuals and legal entities on matters within your competence and assisting in their resolution; preparing drafts of responses, administrative acts, and references; preparing decision drafts on organizing public consultations for construction intentions and participating in the review and evaluation of public consultation materials; preparing and providing suggestions for drafting regulatory acts; participating in the work of various working groups, councils, and commissions. We expect from you: higher education in architecture (professional architect qualification obtained); preferred work experience in a state or municipal institution; high sense of responsibility and cooperation skills; excellent computer skills (MS Office) and experience with office equipment; knowledge of the state language at the highest level.
