Jāzepa Vītola Latvijas Mūzikas akadēmija (hereinafter – JVLMA) Registration No. 90000028796 announces a competition for: External Relations Coordinator position in the Foreign Relations Department for an indefinite period (profession code 3343 06) Main Job Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and coordinate contacts and cooperate with foreign partners (higher education institutions, organizations). Participate in organizing student and faculty exchange trips for JVLMA. Work within the ERASMUS+ program framework with incoming and outgoing students. Participate in the practical implementation of all other relevant international projects. Requirements for Candidates: Higher education. Work experience in administrative work or customer service. Knowledge of higher education quality standards. Ability to work with data and information processing in MS Office applications. Excellent knowledge of the Latvian language. Excellent knowledge of the English language, for work within the ERASMUS+ program framework, with incoming and outgoing students, and to cooperate with foreign partners. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Initiative, ability to independently organize work responsibilities. Ability to work in dynamic conditions.
