About the Role of Area Manager In this role, you're responsible for staff and customers within our One Time business area, which includes Hemfrid's one-time assignments rather than recurring subscription services. You have full personnel and customer responsibility within the segment and work actively to ensure high quality, strong customer satisfaction, and efficient delivery. You lead and support a group of directly employed staff members who perform our services at customer locations, while you're also responsible for customer relationships within the business area. In the role, you handle everything from scheduling and resource planning to staffing, recruitment, and customer communication. You work closely with operations and have an important role in creating engagement, quality, and growth within your geographic area. The position is based in Katrineholm, but you also manage the One Time business in Norrköping. This means you travel to Norrköping approximately 2–3 days per week to be close to operations, support staff, and develop the business locally. For this, you have access to a company car. Key Responsibilities Personnel responsibility for a group of directly employed staff members within One Time operations Customer responsibility for the business area's clients and assignments Build and develop long-term relationships with customers and employees Ensure high customer satisfaction, quality, and employee engagement Manage scheduling, resource planning, and staffing Handle customer and personnel matters in a solution-oriented and business-like manner Recruit, onboard, and develop new employees Follow up on results and contribute to the business area's growth and profitability Be present in both Katrineholm and Norrköping to support operations and develop the business Your Profile We're looking for someone who combines confident and engaging leadership with a strong business drive. You enjoy creating structure, building relationships, and finding solutions that benefit customers, employees, and operations alike. Key Requirements Experience in team leadership and/or personnel responsibility Strong service mindset and focus on customer care Valid driver's license (B category) Ability to work independently and take responsibility Flent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Practical Information Have you read this far?
