Description Do you want to use your occupational therapy expertise to strengthen people's independence and security in everyday life? We are now looking for a dedicated occupational therapist for an exciting 12-month project with the possibility of extension, and we are expanding our management with an occupational therapist to create legally secure decisions, safe discharge from hospital, and development of home care teams. With us, you'll have an important role where you, through assessments in the home environment, contribute to ensuring the right support is provided at the right time. You work closely with benefits administrators, home care services, healthcare providers, and other professionals to create the best possible conditions for individuals to live independently at home. Work Tasks Conduct functional assessments and activity analyses in home environments. Assess the need for assistive devices, adaptations, and rehabilitative measures. Contribute to safe discharges from hospital. Provide support to benefits administrators through professional assessments and recommendations. Work preventatively and rehabilitatively to strengthen individuals' own resources.
