Then you are warmly welcome to Attendo's HSL organization, Nära Vård, where we are passionate about creating safe and meaningful care for our patients. We are now looking for an occupational therapist for our mobile rehabilitation team in Väst, based in Gothenburg.
With us, you will become an important part of a skilled team of 11 people—both occupational therapists and physical therapists—who work both individually and collaboratively, both across professions and within rehabilitation. Together, we work toward high patient safety and to create that little extra in everyday life for seniors in our special residential facilities.
As part of Nära Vård's larger rehabilitation network, you will also have access to active collegial support both in Väst and throughout the rest of the country, with a focus on quality, knowledge exchange, and continuous development.
Job Description
As an occupational therapist with us, you have overall responsibility for patients' rehabilitation. You conduct assessments, plan and implement interventions, document measures, and prescribe medical devices based on individual needs. An important part of your work is mentoring and training care staff to ensure safe and high-quality care. You collaborate closely with physical therapists, nurses, operations managers, and care personnel.
You will receive support from a team manager with a background as a trained physical therapist, as well as from a large and wonderful team of competent colleagues with clear work methods and procedures.

You are a licensed occupational therapist with a genuine interest in eldercare and an interest in teamwork. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and independent, and you meet others with humility and professionalism. With a flexible attitude and a pedagogical and communicative approach, you thrive in mentoring, inspiring, and creating a sense of security in interactions with patients, family members, and colleagues.

Requirements
· License as an occupational therapist
· Driver's license category B is required
· Experience from similar work in special residential facilities is a merit
