About Us Skoga is a residential care facility operated directly by Solna City. The facility is beautifully situated with a lovely garden in Huvudsta, Solna. Our profile centers on gardening, nature, and outdoor activities, and we offer our residents a varied daily life with both individual and group activities. We have 100 apartments and approximately 120 employees. We are deeply committed to our residents and strive to make their everyday lives as good as possible. What Does the Work Involve? Typical tasks include ADL assessments, fitting and prescribing assistive devices, functional and activity assessments, training staff in transfer techniques and rehabilitative methods. Documentation is done in the Life Care journal system. Together with your colleague, you will have rehabilitation responsibility for residents at Skoga as well as our short-term and respite care unit. The work consists largely of teamwork, but you also need to be able to work independently. Who Are We Looking For? Your personal qualities are important to us. We are seeking a positive and flexible person with a genuine interest in elderly care, strong communication skills, and good interpersonal abilities. You need to be organized and skilled at planning and following up your work, but also prepared to adjust when operations change. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy taking initiative and organizing activities. It is important that you can work independently while also appreciating teamwork. In addition to the above, we see that you • are a licensed occupational therapist • have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written Clinical experience and experience in elderly care are meritorious but not required.
