We are now recruiting a Licensed Occupational Therapist for the Municipal Primary Care Authority Section. We welcome your application! WORK DUTIES You will work with a health promotion perspective based on home healthcare services' mission to strengthen the individual's participation and health. You will work independently based on a person-centered approach in combination with the occupational therapy process. In this position, you will conduct ADL assessments as well as activity and function assessments, and prescribe and follow up on assistive devices according to the prescription process. Furthermore, you will assess and implement interventions based on the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), as well as supervise and educate staff. As a Licensed Occupational Therapist in municipal primary care, you will work in a team close to physical therapists, nursing assistants, and registered nurses. Collaboration with other healthcare personnel takes place both within the municipality and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in municipal primary care and experience working in the Combine journal system are merits. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and digital proficiency. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE Municipal Health and Care Rehabilitation Unit works with all residents in the municipality who need support in their homes at the primary care level. We work based on area divisions, which means that you typically have assignments both for a special residential facility and ordinary housing, or assignments for persons with disabilities (LSS). We are a unit with extensive experience where you have the opportunity to develop within the municipal primary care assignment and where there are opportunities to work on improvements in the areas we serve.
