Through teamwork, you and your colleagues work with the staff at our care homes. To help you focus on your work as an occupational therapist, you'll be supported by our rehabilitation assistants with administration, prescribed training, and assistive devices. You'll receive a thorough introduction with us, and if you're newly qualified, you'll be offered a mentor. We're about 30 employees who enjoy our work and each other. We believe it's important to care for you as an employee by offering the possibility of remote work, either from home or traveling to and from work, plus flexible hours.

JOB DUTIES
As an occupational therapist, you work to strengthen people's independence in everyday life. You get to know those we're here for and follow their development over time. Our employees are valued with many who request our support. In this role, you have close collaboration with physiotherapists, both in pairs and in smaller teams. You also collaborate with nurses, nursing staff, and other professionals. The work includes mentoring students during their work-based training (VFU). You plan your own workday and have the opportunity to influence and develop our work. If you join us, we'd like to see you contribute to the development of, for example, digitalization and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who has a B driver's license and is trained as an occupational therapist with Swedish licensure, or will complete your education during the current term. As a person, you're attentive, flexible, and solution-focused. It's an advantage if you've worked with this target group before, but it's not required. Through your ability to collaborate with others, we develop together the daily life for the people we're here for. You see opportunities and focus on what leads to good comprehensive solutions, both for the individual and for our operations.
