Occupational Therapist for Varied Assignments in Primary Care Rehabilitation We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who enjoys variety in your work. Responsibilities You will be part of the home care team and primarily work with rehabilitation in the patient's home environment. The work takes place in a smaller geographic area and there are great opportunities to walk or cycle to visits. We also have access to three cars to get around the area. You will work both independently and in a team together with a physical therapist or dietitian to ensure good and safe care. In primary care, there is great variation in patient diagnoses and ages, which makes the work both varied and challenging in a positive way. At the clinic, both group and individual patient visits take place. Our occupational therapists conduct many different assessments, for example regarding ADL, work capacity, and cognitive evaluations. About the Workplace PTJ Rehab Hallunda is located close to the subway station and has close collaboration with other Rehab clinics within Praktikertjänst, nearby health centers, BVC, BUMM, and the municipality. We are approximately 25 employees at the unit. Occupational therapists, dietitians, physical therapists, chiropractors, receptionists, clinic assistants, and a unit manager—we all work together to provide the best possible care for our patients. The operation offers broad expertise in rehabilitation and colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and experience. Qualifications You are an engaged and solution-oriented licensed occupational therapist with experience or interest in working in primary care. Experience or interest in working with patients with impaired cognition, for example in neuropsychiatric conditions such as ADHD and autism, as well as work capacity assessments, is a merit.
