About Us
Järfälla Rehab is part of Rehab Nordväst, which offers primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna, Sundbyberg, Järfälla, Upplands Bro, and Märsta-Sigtuna in Region Stockholm.
At our unit in Järfälla, 36 people work divided between home rehabilitation and outpatient services. We are located in pleasant premises at Jakobsbergs Hospital, within walking distance from Jakobsbergs Station, approximately 15 minutes from Stockholm Odenplan.

Your Tasks
As an occupational therapist with us, you will:
- Work with patients of all ages and with varying diagnoses
- Work at the outpatient clinic and in patients' homes
- Conduct assessments of, for example, activity capacity, work capacity, and cognitive decline
- Test assistive devices and provide information to patients, relatives, and staff
- Hand rehabilitation
- Work both independently and as part of a team with other professionals
- Lead group treatments and individual interventions
- Supervise students
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed occupational therapist
- B-class driver's license
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Meritorious:
- Experience in hand rehabilitation
- Experience from primary care, home rehabilitation, or inpatient care
- Knowledge of the Take Care medical records system and ordering portal
- Master's degree

- Has good interpersonal skills, is communicative, has strong collaborative abilities, is responsible, takes initiative, and sees possibilities in change. You need to be comfortable working in different home environments (including those with pets and smoke odors).

Employment Terms
Permanent employment, full-time 40 hours/week, daytime hours. Trial employment may be applied.
Other Information
Stockholm County Care Area (SLSO) applies health certificates and background checks before employment. Rules for piercings apply to prevent MRSA transmission.

- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
