Home Care Rehab works with patients who cannot travel to a healthcare facility or who need their home environment as part of their rehabilitation. We are a dedicated team of 17 occupational therapists and 8 physiotherapists who work closely together serving the entire municipality but with an office in central Norrköping. Together we create a strong team spirit and good collaboration, both internally and externally with multiple stakeholders. With us, you travel to patients on foot, by car, or e-bike – a flexible and varied work style that energizes your everyday. When a patient needs rehabilitation but cannot travel to a clinic, or when rehabilitation is best done in the home environment, Home Care Rehab provides support. We work closely with the patient to strengthen their ability to manage daily activities and create conditions for a functioning and meaningful life in their own environment. The occupational therapist's focus is to make everyday life simpler, safer, and more accessible based on the patient's own circumstances and goals. Your Tasks As an occupational therapist with us, you get independent and meaningful work where you assess and plan individualized rehabilitation interventions. You work preventatively and to strengthen, maintain activity and functional capacity. Tasks include, among other things, prescribing and fitting assistive devices, assessing the need for home adaptations, and writing certificates for housing modifications. You will also be an important part of our development, mentoring students and contributing to future care. You participate in improvement work and develop the operation together with colleagues and your manager. Who Are You? We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist, confident in your professional role, and who enjoys working independently – but never alone. You have experience in home care or similar activities, but most important is your willingness and commitment. As a person, you take responsibility and drive your work forward. You collaborate easily and build good relationships. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities, plan your time efficiently, and are flexible in your daily work. You also need knowledge in neurology, orthopedics, and rehabilitative interventions for elderly and frail people, as well as knowledge of assistive device prescription. You must be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, have a B driving license for manual transmission, and be able to cycle. Welcome to apply!
