Your Role
As an occupational therapist with us, you'll have a varied and meaningful assignment where you:
• Assess the child's activity capacity and needs
• Provide support to children, parents, and their networks
• Prescribe and fit assistive devices
• Work both individually and in teams with other professionals
• Contribute to the development of the operation
You'll work close to families and help create conditions for children's participation in everyday life – at home, in preschool, and at school.
Qualifications
• Licensed occupational therapist
• Experience working with children is a merit
• Good collaboration skills and a professional approach
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Employment
Temporary position for 11 months, full-time according to agreement.

- criminal background checks are conducted prior to employment decision according to SLSO's general guidelines for background checks in hiring.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo new hire health examination, according to applicable directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is advisory for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
