Ref: 20261882 Club Cefalon is a day activity center within the health and social care sector serving individuals under 66 years old with a dementia diagnosis and is open to residents of Malmö. As an occupational therapist with us, you will become part of a small, multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in cognitive illnesses. You work with a person-centered and rehabilitative approach to strengthen individuals' own resources and contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life. Your main assignment involves working with a rehabilitative approach and strengthening guests' own resources as well as contributing to a safe and meaningful life at the day activity center. Your responsibilities include assessing guests' activity capacity and documenting. You handle incident reports and, if necessary, write certificates of activity capacity. Additionally, you are responsible for prescribing cognitive aids, participating in care planning, and contributing to various development projects. Guiding and organizing activity groups at the day activity center, in close collaboration with your colleagues, is a natural and integrated part of your role as an occupational therapist at Club Cefalon. Qualifications Requirements Licensed occupational therapist with 180 credits Minimum 2 years of experience as an occupational therapist Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good digital proficiency Meriting factors Experience from a Day Activity Center for individuals with cognitive illnesses or Daily activity within the LSS (disability services) sector As a person, you are dedicated, responsible, and have a respectful and professional approach toward guests, relatives, and colleagues. You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good work environment while taking responsibility for your tasks and shared goals. You are flexible and easily adapt to changes and new ways of working.
