The work group in our unit has a good atmosphere, and you will have several experienced colleagues to consult with. We are now seeking an occupational therapist for the Occupational Therapy Department in Sollefteå. This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date by agreement. Job Responsibilities Occupational therapists at Sollefteå Hospital work with: Patient care both on inpatient wards and in outpatient services. Assessment and rehabilitation within day rehabilitation and hand rehabilitation. Interdisciplinary teamwork with other professional categories. Assessment of cognition and functional ability in hospitalized patients. Promotion of functional ability and prescription of assistive devices as compensatory measures. Rehabilitation of patients of various ages with newly acquired illness or injury. Training and assessment of functional and cognitive ability. Opportunity to participate in a stroke team - home-based rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to help develop a new home rehabilitation team in line with Close Care.
