The work group at our unit has a good atmosphere and you will have several experienced colleagues to discuss with. We are now seeking an occupational therapist for the Occupational Therapy Department in Sollefteå. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Job Duties Occupational therapists at Sollefteå Hospital work with: Patient care both on hospital wards and in outpatient services. Assessment and rehabilitation within day rehabilitation and hand rehabilitation. Interdisciplinary teamwork with other professional categories. Assessment of cognition and activity capacity in hospitalized patients. Promoting activity capacity and prescribing assistive devices as compensatory interventions. Rehabilitation of patients of various ages with newly acquired illness or injury. Training and assessment of activity and cognitive capacity. Opportunity to participate in a stroke team - home rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to help develop a new home rehabilitation team in line with Nearby Care.
