The Rehabilitation Unit at Sollefteå Hospital consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, and rehabilitation assistants. With us, you will have the opportunity to be involved in developing new work methods and routines for our mobile rehabilitation team. We are now seeking an occupational therapist for the Occupational Therapy Department in Sollefteå. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist at Sollefteå Hospital, you will work with: - Patient care both on inpatient wards and in outpatient services - Assessment and rehabilitation within day rehabilitation and hand rehabilitation - Interdisciplinary teamwork with other professional categories - Assessment of cognition and activity capacity in hospitalized patients - Promoting activity capacity and prescribing assistive devices as compensatory interventions - Rehabilitation of patients of various ages with newly acquired illness or injury, primarily neurological conditions, within day rehabilitation - Training and assessment of activity and cognitive capacity - Opportunity to participate in a stroke team for home-based rehabilitation You will also have the opportunity to be involved in developing a new home rehabilitation team in line with the Close to Home care model.
