Occupational Therapist for Varied Assignments in Primary Care Rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities
You will be part of the home team and primarily work with rehabilitation in the patient's home environment. Work takes place in a smaller geographic area with great opportunities to walk or bike to appointments. We also have access to three vehicles for transportation around the area.
You will work both independently and in teams with a physical therapist or dietitian to ensure good and safe care. In primary care, there is great variety in patient diagnoses and ages, making the work both varied and challenging in a positive way.
At the clinic, we conduct both group and individual patient visits. Our occupational therapists perform many different assessments, such as ADL evaluations, work capacity assessments, and memory evaluations.
About the Workplace
PTJ Rehab Hallunda is located near the subway station and works closely with other Rehab clinics within Praktikertjänst, nearby health centers, BVC, BUMM, and the municipality. We have approximately 25 employees at the unit. Occupational therapists, dietitians, physical therapists, chiropractors, receptionists, clinical assistants, and a unit manager all work together to provide the best possible care for our patients. The organization offers broad expertise in rehabilitation and colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge and experience.
Qualifications
You are an engaged and solution-oriented licensed occupational therapist with experience or interest in primary care work.
