About Us Forenede Care provides home health care on behalf of Uppsala Municipality and serves people 65+. We work in a person-centered approach and in multidisciplinary teams where you collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and care assistants. Your Role As an occupational therapist in home care, you will have varied and independent work where you, among other things: Conduct ADL and mobility assessments Assess needs for home modifications Prescribe and fit assistive devices Support care recipients in maintaining and developing their abilities Guide care assistants and participate in care planning You will become a key person in the team and work closely with "your" home care group. Who Are You? You are a licensed Occupational Therapist Preferably have experience in elderly care and home rehabilitation Can work independently and thrive in a team Are solution-focused, confident, and have excellent interpersonal skills Hold a Category B driver's license We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Job Description We are currently seeking an occupational therapist for a permanent position with a 6-month trial period, at 80-100% employment.
