You will work in pairs with a physiotherapist as part of a team together with other professionals within the municipality and collaborate with external parties such as Region Skåne regarding care planning through Mina planer. Together with the physiotherapist, you will work toward regular housing and residential care. We work in different priority groups where we help each other with cases and share experiences. The rehabilitation team meets at APT, priority meetings, and professional meetings where each profession meets to further develop each other and the operations. We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both in reading, speaking, and writing, as well as good computer skills. You have a B driver's license as travel within the municipality occurs. It is meritorious if you have experience with similar work. Within the care administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or who need home healthcare. The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for initiatives within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The services are performed by nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care personnel in other operational areas based on their profession. Within the care administration's rehabilitation unit, 37 physiotherapists and occupational therapists work, as well as 7 rehabilitation assistants. The rehabilitation unit is led by two unit managers with employees based at four locations in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe.
