Home health services in Burlöv consists of a dedicated and close-knit team of employees. With us, all licensed personnel are located together in shared offices centrally in Arlöv. To be able to work with the patient in focus, teamwork is a priority for us. You will be part of a team consisting of two physical therapists, two occupational therapist colleagues, and nurses. The position involves working with people in ordinary housing in a geographic area. The team's task is to provide health and medical services within the municipality's area of responsibility. In addition to the team, you will work closely with support coordinators, unit managers, and care assistants in home care and in special housing. In Burlöv municipality, we work to ensure that occupational therapists do what they do best—working with activity. The goal is to strengthen the individual's independence and increase activity and participation in daily life. This involves both independent work and close collaboration with other professionals in the team around the user/patient. You are responsible for activity assessments, training, and assistive device prescriptions. We document in Procapita and use existing quality registers. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist who sees possibilities and is solution-focused. Great importance is placed on personal qualities such as collaboration skills and commitment. We consider it self-evident to work with a patient-centered perspective with the individual's participation in focus. You should also have a good ability to work independently and make your own decisions, but at the same time be able to see yourself as part of our team.
