Our facility is located in Kållekärr center in connection with Närhälsan's health center. Our wonderful work team consists of nine physiotherapists, four occupational therapists, and one administrator. For us, it is important to have stimulating work with good opportunities for development and a good work environment. About the Work Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurology, cognitive impairment, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices and issuing certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed. The work takes place at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment is conducted both individually and in groups and involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partner organizations. Follow us on Instagram. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. Prior experience in the profession and primary care is meritious, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the organization's goals. As workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. You place great importance on good service and always strive to treat customers, patients, and colleagues with respect and care. The initial selection is made by a recruiter in the HR department who invites candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic. We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
