Welcome to us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as an Occupational Therapist, you perform customary rehabilitative health and medical care tasks within the municipal assignment. For us, this includes assessing and investigating people's activity capacity regarding mobility, personal care, and cognition. You will also conduct assessments of factors affecting the patient's activity and participation. In addition to working with function training, you will work with adaptations, preventive and compensatory measures. You will also work with environmental and activity adaptations, as well as training to develop physical, cognitive, and social functions. You will also be responsible for supervising and delegating care personnel in patient care, so it is important that you are prepared to take a leadership role. You will work in a team with a Physical Therapist, nurse, and nursing assistants, but also participate in the development of the operation through ombudsman roles related to your professional role. You will primarily work with special housing, but other area assignments may become relevant. For you to thrive in your work tasks, we believe you are comfortable in your leadership role for care personnel, confident in your assessments, and a good communicator with patients, relatives, and the rest of the team. You understand the importance of teamwork and are good at organizing and structuring your time. You also need to be flexible and set boundaries when required. You will document and work in systems such as Viva, TES, APPva, Cosmic Link, HUL-portal, Senior-alert, and Outlook. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed Occupational Therapist with engagement and interest in municipal health and medical care. We believe you have a genuine interest in working with people and meet each individual based on their needs and wishes. Your personal qualities are just as important as your qualifications, and we are looking for someone who is initiative-taking and has very good cooperation skills, is confident in yourself, and comfortable working independently as well as supervising others. You should enjoy varied and stimulating work tasks. A driver's license and good computer skills are required. It is meritorious if you are well versed in municipal operations and have experience with the operating systems we use. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-09-14 As soon as possible , end date: 2027-03-14.
