Work Group A total of 17 occupational therapists work at the clinic, many with extensive experience in the field. The group has broad expertise in occupational therapy, with some having specialized expertise in areas such as spinal cord injuries, pain, brain injuries, and/or work-oriented rehabilitation. Job Description Our interventions focus on activity ability and participation in society. Work takes place in close collaboration with other professionals on the team and with colleagues at the clinic. The interprofessional team includes, among others, physical therapists, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians. You will have contact with external partners such as municipal authorities, employers, and the insurance agency. Administrative tasks include, among other things, documentation in the Cosmic medical records system and writing certificates. As an occupational therapist in our organization, you will have a base placement within one part of the operation, with the possibility to change your base placement and work in other areas over time. The base placement for this position will be within neurological rehabilitation in the early stages of rehabilitation. About You We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist with interest in and experience in neurological rehabilitation. It is meriting if you have experience working in teams with patients with complex issues. We prefer that you have several years of work experience. A Master's degree or other advanced training is also meriting. A driver's license is required as travel is part of the job. The work is based on close teamwork, and you view teamwork as self-evident and work well with other professionals. Since needs and conditions can shift quickly, you adapt easily to changing circumstances. You can quickly change your perspective and see the possibilities in changes. You will be faced with problems where there is no obvious solution, which means you need to be able to come up with new ideas and approaches. You have innovative thinking that can be put into practice and that leads to results. The ability to see the whole picture and take the broader perspective into account is central to performing the work well.
