WORK TASKS We work with residential care facilities (SÄBO) and home health care services at three locations in the municipality. As part of the rehabilitation team, you will collaborate with, among others, physical therapists, district nurses, nurses, care assistants, benefits administrators, and unit managers. The work involves home visits in both ordinary housing and special housing. To get a comprehensive picture of the person and their life situation, we strive for the occupational therapist and physical therapist to conduct joint home visits and assessments. We discuss in the team regarding any interventions to ensure we work toward the same goals and avoid counterproductive measures. In addition to direct patient work, your tasks include providing guidance, instruction, training, and information to care staff and relatives/family members. We adopt a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitation-oriented mindset and work approach to increase the opportunity for an active life with good quality of life based on the individual's own conditions and resources. You have a say in shaping your work days in consultation with colleagues. Working hours are 8-17 Monday-Friday with the possibility of flexible arrangements.
