Welcome to Närhälsan Ängabo rehabilitation clinic!
The clinic has a welcoming team of ten employees within occupational therapy, physical therapy, and administration. The clinic is located in the southern parts of Alingsås. The operations offer broad expertise in primary care rehabilitation and we have good and close collaboration with the health center.

About the Work
Your tasks with us are to assess and treat patients of all ages. As an occupational therapist in primary care, you meet patients with, for example, reduced hand function, pain, neurological conditions, cognitive impairment, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices and issuing certificates for home modifications.
We work with clinic visits, digital visits, and home visits. Some work can also be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.
The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both within your own clinic and with other collaborative partners. You and your colleagues are responsible together with your manager for the development of the operations in ongoing improvement work.
About You
You are a licensed occupational therapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and in primary care, that is meriting, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated. If you have supervisor training, that is also meriting.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills who can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized way based on the operations' goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.
You place great emphasis on good conduct and always strive to treat patients and colleagues with respect and care. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.
Other Information
Travel on duty occurs. A driver's license (category B) is required.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by a recruiter in the HR department who invites candidates to a telephone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and calls them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
