Bra Liv Rosenlund health center is seeking a licensed occupational therapist who wants to join our team. The Bra Liv health centers, with 33 locations in Jönköping County, offer great opportunities to develop in your professional role as an occupational therapist/rehabilitation coordinator. At Bra Liv Rosenlund health center, we are now looking for a dedicated occupational therapist who wants to combine clinical work with rehabilitation coordination.
As an occupational therapist, you work independently with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for both minor trauma, overuse problems, and chronic pain. The work also includes testing/manufacturing of customized orthotics, memory assessments, activity and functional assessments, as well as group activities in the form of ReDO and Ha Koll.
As a rehabilitation coordinator, you have an important role through early coordination efforts to promote the sick leave process. In your role as rehabilitation coordinator, you will work to identify patients who need coordinated interventions, assess rehabilitation needs, and support the rehabilitation plan to help patients regain work capacity.
We are looking for you as a licensed occupational therapist where previous experience in primary care and rehabilitation coordination is a merit.

What you will work with
As an occupational therapist/rehabilitation coordinator, you will be part of the health center's rehabilitation team and work closely with other professionals at the health center. You will have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvements and development work that takes place on an ongoing basis at the health center.
