JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We work with residential care facilities (SÄBO) and home health care at three locations in the municipality. As part of the rehabilitation team, you will collaborate with physiotherapists, district nurses, nurses, care personnel, benefits coordinators, and unit managers. The work includes home visits in both regular housing and special housing facilities. To obtain a comprehensive picture of the person and their life situation, we aim for the occupational therapist and physiotherapist to conduct joint home visits and assessments. We discuss in the team regarding any interventions to ensure we work toward the same goals and avoid counterproductive measures. In addition to direct patient work, your tasks include mentoring, instruction, training, and providing information to care personnel and family members/relatives. We use a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative approach to increase the possibility of an active life with good quality of life based on each individual's own conditions and resources. We can offer you participation and influence in the team's development with space to grow in your professional role and as an individual. You have your own influence over how you structure your work days in consultation with colleagues. Working hours are 8-17 Monday-Friday with flexibility options. We offer wellness allowance or wellness hours, as well as participation in the Good and Nearby Care project together with the Health Center.
