Read more at http://www.vgregion.se/skas Description The Forensic Psychiatry Unit in Falköping has 33 beds for patients in 24-hour care as well as a discharge team that works with patients in the discharge phase and in outpatient care. Forensic psychiatric care is provided long-term with the goal of helping patients return to a good life in society. We have new facilities since 2012, built to be a healing care environment for patients and a pleasant work environment for staff. Duties As an occupational therapist, you work within the occupational therapy process to strengthen patients' activity capacity and independence. The work includes functional and activity assessments as well as intervention with a strong focus on cognitive rehabilitation and structure in daily life. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist, and experience in psychiatry is a plus. You are someone who thrives with new challenges and are not afraid to broaden your expertise. We also see that you have a good ability to prioritize your work and that you are flexible in both your approach and tasks.
