We are looking for an employment support specialist with operations responsibility at our operations in Barkarby and Stockholm City. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in development and working closely with employees, colleagues, and businesses. The operation is carried out based on IKEA Barkarby and IKEA City, where employees have the opportunity to try different work areas and tasks, as well as in collaboration with other businesses where employees continue working based on individual goals. As the operations-responsible employment support specialist, you will work together with employees, colleagues, and staff at IKEA and other companies. Great focus is placed on the individual's development and opportunity for independence. We actively work with evaluation, goal follow-up, and a clear picture of goals moving forward. We value good cooperation with the businesses in the industry we collaborate with and their employees, which requires an active outreach approach. The work is carried out based on the individual's wishes, strengths, and needs, which requires an ability to constantly change and adapt. Operations responsibility means leading the operations toward set goals and ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as CONEXI's guidelines. You have personnel responsibility for your team, which includes conducting salary and employee meetings, responsibility for your team's competency development, and delegated responsibility for the work environment. You create conditions for yourself and your colleagues to drive the operation's processes and development. Qualifications for the position: Experience with autism spectrum conditions/NPF Education as a social worker, occupational therapist, educator, or other equivalent higher education is a requirement. Your educational background must align with the formal requirements to be a license holder for an LSS operation according to IVO and the municipality's agreement. Education in social law is meritorious. You need at least 12 months of previously documented experience in management within LSS/SOL or assistance administration. You need at least 3 years of experience with the target group. You need good experience with documentation in digital systems and working with the Office package. B-class driver's license is desirable. You have the ability to plan and carry out your work independently but in cooperation with colleagues, participants, businesses, and authorities. You are stimulated by working in processes, working toward set goals, and contributing to people's development. As a person, you are initiative-taking, independent, solution-focused, and responsible. Working Hours/Duration Permanent position with start date as soon as possible/by agreement. Employment level 100%, daytime - Monday to Friday.
