Description You will work with young people and adults who are outside the labor market and need support to move toward work or studies. An important part of your mission is to translate activity requirements into concrete and quality initiatives where individual progress is central. You follow the individual through the entire process—from assessment and planning to matching, work-directed interventions, and self-sufficiency. Through a coaching and motivating approach, you create the conditions for sustainable results, using methods such as Supported Employment/Supported Training. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Provide individual coaching and serve as the unifying and driving force for the individual. Plan, implement, and follow up labor market initiatives based on activity requirements and individual goals. Match participants to employers, internships, and education based on labor market skills needs. Lead group activities, workshops, and labor market preparation training. Work closely with employment advisors, social workers, teachers, and other stakeholders. Contribute to business development by identifying areas for improvement and developing new approaches. This includes knowledge of matching, recruitment, and marketing for our participants, as well as knowledge of the labor market area. We also see that you have experience with follow-up, documentation, and results, and have good administrative skills and experience documenting in operational systems. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and value professional experience highly. A Class B driver's license is a requirement for this position. Meritorious qualifications Training in Supported Employment. Experience in public administration or work within financial assistance.
